Hello.
I have just installed the Experience points and the Reputation systems.
The more you post/are active on the forums you will get more XP. Administrators have by default 2000 XP.
Webmasters 1500, Moderators 1000, Members 500 and Recruits 250.
The thanks button boost your reputation. There is also a rep+ button for every post on the right. >>>
